This role includes the following duties and actively supports the mission statement of Mercy Options. May include day and evening hours. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collects patient data and documents in the medical record. Assists therapist with group management and behavioral interventions. Provides patient treatments as ordered. Documents care provided in the medical record. Observes patients and reports behaviors or treatment concerns to the therapist, Nurse Practitioner or Team Lead/Manager. Maintains supplies, including scanning, stocking and ordering new supplies and disposing of expired or damaged supplies. Participates in department and unit performance improvement activities. Assists with cleaning and organizing the programming rooms. Education and Experience Certified Nursing Assistant -plus 2 years experience working with children. Or: Certified Child and Youth Care Worker - plus 2 years experience working with children Or: Bachelor's Degree in relevant Behavioral health field. Or: minimum of 5 years of experience working with children.
