Mental Health Technician Prime Pool Position Details:

Facility: Northside Behavioral HealthLocation: Tampa, FLStatus: Full time, HourlyShift Hour Options: 7:00 AM- 3:30 pm, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, and or 11:00 PM-7:30 AMWeekend Work: Every OtherOn Call: No

Responsibilities:

Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.Assists with physical care under the direction of an RN.Promotes coordination of the unit by completing orders, making phone calls and directing calls and information to the charge nurse.

Requirements:

BLS (Basic Life Support)High School or EquivalentFL Driver's LicensePreferred - Associate's in Healthcare/Psychology Preferred - CNA/PCT

Preferred Experience:

6 months - Psychology based experience
