Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist at BACR, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive and inclusive environment. Benefits: + Salary: $65-78k (depending on licensure) + BACR paid holidays + Additional sick time + Medical, dental, vision, mental health/wellness program, mental health resources, life insurance, flexible spending account, 403b + Multiple training and professional development opportunities Minimum Qualifications: + Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field + Licensed or license-eligible as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) + Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or community setting Preferred Qualifications: + Bilingual in English and Spanish + Experience working with diverse populations + Knowledge of trauma-informed care Responsibilities: + Hold a caseload of up to 15 -18 clients per week with a billable expectation of up to 4.5 hours per day + Conduct thorough assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans + Provide trauma-informed counseling to clients of all ages + Facilitate group therapy sessions + Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care + Maintain accurate and timely documentation About Us Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) promotes the healthy development of individuals, families and communities through direct services, volunteerism, and partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area.
