Included Health (formerly Doctor on Demand + Grand Rounds Health) is seeking a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Pennsylvania to join our team of dedicated mental health clinicians, under the guidance of Behavioral Health Supervisor. This full-time, W2 role offers the opportunity to help redefine healthcare by providing compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will deliver individual therapy sessions through our cutting-edge telehealth platform, focusing solely on patient care and documentation. Our Clinical Operations team manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding, allowing you to dedicate your time to your clients. You’ll have ongoing access to a supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities/Responsibilities:-Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.-Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.

Qualifications and Requirements:Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventionsExperience with technology and an understanding of digital tools and platformsLicensure in multiple states is highly valuedClinically licensed in state of primary residenceLCSW Requirements:Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program2+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experienceActive and unrestricted LCSW license in PennsylvaniaLPC/LMHC Requirements:Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experienceActive and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in PennsylvaniaLMFT Requirements:Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experienceActive and unrestricted LMFT license in PennsylvaniaBenefits401(k) savings plan through FidelityComprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage through multiple medical plan options (including disability insurance)Full suite of Included Health telemedicine (e.g. behavioral health, urgent care, etc.) and health care navigation products and services offered at no cost for employees and dependentsDiscretionary Time Off (“DTO")Work-From-Home reimbursement to support team collaboration and effective home office workThe United States guaranteed base salary for this position is $66,000 + equity + benefits, with the additional opportunity of a visit target compensation of $20,966.
