Job Summary
The Therapist is responsible for clinical services provided to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities and Metrics
+ Provides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families (Provides high quality service and maintains direct service hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for others)
+ Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment, modifies and reviews as needed
+ Updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date
+ Case management
+ Client centered consultation with community providers
+ Attendance and participation at clinical presentations
+ Use of supervision or consultation when required or needed
+ Provide clinical supervision to student intern
+ Provide timely completion of Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) (for adults)
+ Provide timely completion of Columbia and Ohio Scales (for children)
+ Compliance with all Policy and Procedures
+ Maintain productivity goals as determined by supervisor
+ Be responsive to the business office regarding client fees/payments
+ Participate in Accreditation and Certification processes as directed
+ Participate in Committee Work as directed
+ Participate in Strategic Planning as appropriate
+ Participate in Community Related Services as appropriate
+ Represent the agency with integrity
Qualifications
+ Clinically related graduate degree, LPC,LSW required
+ Three professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work
+ 1 Year of post Master's degree Mental Health experience required
