As a Therapist, you'll provide professional behavioral health clinical services to clients. You'll be an important part of the treatment team, providing case consultation and assistance to paraprofessionals associated with the client. Services are provided in school-based and community-based settings. Key Responsibilities:

Provide all services and functions within the ethical standards of their profession and within Code of ConductAdhere to all company policies for employmentProvide professional clinical services to clients including assessment, referral, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and follow-up careCollaborate with the treatment team to ensure proper coordination and delivery of prescribed interventions and objectivesEnsure client receives individualized and age appropriate therapeutic interventionsComplete all clinical and administrative documentation in a timely and ethical mannerAttend and actively participate in professional staffing session with the Clinical SupervisorBe available for individual supervision as requiredParticipate as an after-hours "on-call" clinician to conduct crisis interventionProvide case consultation and assistance to paraprofessionals associated with the clientMeet billable productivity requirementsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Graduate degrees in Psychology, Social work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, Human Relations, etc.Must be licensed or candidate for licensure within their professions by their respective Oklahoma State Boards

Additional Qualifications:

Thorough knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods, principles, and techniquesDetailed knowledge of the problems encountered by persons with mental illnessConsiderable knowledge of the methods and modalities as well as the legal requirements and court procedures related to treating mental illnessesKnowledge of supervisory and training techniques and practices used in a mental health treatment settingAptitudes to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned programCapable of communicating ideas clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
