The DBT Outpatient Clinician in the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Department provides OP therapy services to adults ages eighteen through geriatric. As a part of the DBT Team, the clinician will maintain a caseload comprised of both DBT and Non-DBT clients. Additionally, the clinician will attend weekly DBT Team Meetings, and provide phone coaching to clients outside of office hours, and co-facilitate groups as needed. The clinician is responsible for completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments within the open access intake process. The clinician is responsible for following regulatory requirements for documentation, and for providing comprehensive, quality, cost effective behavioral health services. As a team player, the clinician will collaborate with Psychiatrists, Blended Case Management team members, and other applicable clinical team members. Knowledge and training of Evidence Based Practices and providing Trauma Informed Care are a necessity.

Master’s degree in Social Work or related Behavioral Health Field required Maintains licensure requirements Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy determined to be sufficient to provide DBT to patients of the Crozer DBT program and Magellan Behavioral HealthExperience:
