Summary

JOB SUMMARY:   Responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient psychiatric and/or substance use disorder assessment and treatment to a variety of patients in multiple programattic settings. Provides both initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluation to patients. Provides psychiatric and/or substance use disorder treatment to patients. Coordinates care of patient with necessary resources. Documents all work as dictated by regulating agencies and insurance carriers. Educates others regarding psychiatric and/or substance abuse issues and treatment. Stays abreast of current trends in field.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling Current/valid license in the State of Maryland - LMSW/LGPC required; LCSW-C/LCPC preferred BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
