Job Overview:
The Mental Health Worker will work with adult consumers residing in a 15 bed community based residence who are diagnosed with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. The candidate will support consumers in their wellness and recovery towards independent living.

Bachelors Degree in mental health fieldValid NJ Driver's License required with no restrictionsPreferred:
CPR/First/AED preferred, will be provided if certificate is not active.Bilingual skills appreciatedScheduling Requirements:
Flex ScheduleCoverage for evening / overnight availability Minimum 24 hours per month - one must be a weekend shift2 holidays per yearEssential Functions:
Support provided includes case management, medication supervision, skills building, community integration, identifying a crisis, and applying appropriate interventions - in-depth training provided on siteMental Health Workers will support other team members in providing a clean and therapeutic environment.Pay Range:
$ 25.71 Hourly Rate
