educational developmental and psychiatric needs of the population served according to therapeutic treatment planObserves intervenes and documents client behavioral and physical response to therapeutic interventionsUnder the direction of the identified team leader utilizes approved physical intervention techniques provides and assists with physical escorts restraints and seclusions conducts searches and demonstrates an understanding of de escalation and therapeutic communication techniquesLeads and Co leads client groupsCollects and records vital signs and client data weight blood pressure etc as
