Menu and Nutrition Coordinator

What You’ll Do

Develop Nutritious Menus – Create breakfast, lunch, snack, and à la carte offerings that meet federal and state nutritional guidelines. Manage Nutrition Data – Maintain ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information in Eatec and other systems. Ensure Compliance – Prepare reports, respond to audits, and support administrative reviews. Educate & Train – Conduct nutrition and compliance workshops for students, parents, and school partners. Collaborate Across Teams – Work with purchasing, operations, production, food safety, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring

1-2 years of experience with nutritional data, recipes, or ERP systems. 1+ year in a food industry nutrition-related role. Familiarity with USDA meal programs and food buying guidelines. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related field. Experience in USDA Child Nutrition Programs or School Nutrition Management. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
