Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager to expand our MEP practice. This position will be based in our Phoenix, AZ office supporting NV, CA, and AZ. 

Responsibilities Serve as the BIM Manager on projects and support the ongoing expansion of Kimley-Horn’s MEP practiceCoordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other internal disciplines on projects with the use of tools like Revit and BIM to deliver multi-discipline projectsEstablish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to streamline project coordination for multiple projects in multiple officesThe successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experienceStrong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk productsDesign skills in MEP including content creation, families, and schedulesAbility to travel to other Kimley-Horn offices extensively to provide project supportAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner Why Kimley-Horn?
