Iconica is seeking a MEP Design Engineer Intern to join our team for summer 2025! In this position, you will collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Engineers, gaining hands-on experience in: + Conducting design and code compliance calculations. + Developing schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents. + Preparing technical specifications. + Supporting design coordination with other disciplines and architects. + Participating in site inspections and monitoring field construction. + Reviewing and assessing shop drawings. Qualified candidates will have the following: + Enrollment in an Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering program. + Previous internship experience in design-build or construction (preferred). + Familiarity with Revit or BIM360 (preferred). + Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities or student organizations. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. + High initiative and passion for learning. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
