Key Responsibilities:

Manage project engineering tasks, including reviewing contracts, drawings, and specs. Lead and supervise engineering teams (Assistant Engineers, Interns). Serve as the main point of contact for architects, subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors. Oversee MEP budgets, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. Ensure MEP systems meet project requirements. Develop work scopes, schedules, and reports on cost control, safety, and quality. Conduct walkthroughs and meetings to ensure alignment with design and timelines. Handle project close-out, securing warranties, final records, and compliance.
