角色描述：

• Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s. 关注项目中的所有机电方面事项，包括设计、安装、测试、调试和移交。为客户实现可能取得的最佳成果。 

• Be expertise of MEP code and regulation. 熟悉且掌握机电规范和法规。

 • Provide MEP advice to manage other consultants, contractors and suppliers. 在管理其他的顾问公司、承包商和供应商过程中提供机电方面的建议。

角色责任：

 • Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects 为项目经理提供机电方面的支持和评估

 • Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection 在机电设备选型时，评估全生命周期成本

 • Manage MEP design quality provided by designer 管控设计师提供的机电设计方案的质量

 • Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol 建立机电检查核对表和草案 

• Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan 制定测试与调试策略。检查和批准测试与调试计划。 

• Prepare technical document for tendering 为招标准备技术文件

 • Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design 与成本经理合作，检查和进行机电设计变更

• Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required 能够按项目组和客户的要求就机电工程提供建议和支持工作 

• Verify construction progress and quality 检验施工过程及施工质量 

• Be able to implement the market best practice in green building design and construction 能够在绿色建筑设计建造中实现行业最佳实践
 

资格和经验：

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in MEP or project management 本科以上学历，机电或项目管理专业。 

• 10+ years experiences in project management for Gymnasium / Stadium or Sports theme park projects 10年以上体育场馆或主题乐园的项目管理经验 

• Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节

• Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验 

• Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力 

• Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能够前瞻性地发现工作需要 

• Be able to adopt change according to company business plan 能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化 

• Good English, both spoken and written 良好的英语说写能力 

• Good collaboration & team work 良好的协作和团队合作能力
