Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of federal experience as a Project Manager and possess a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering. Credentials such as CCM, PE, or PMP are preferred. Candidates must be proficient in English and able to pass an HSPD-12 fingerprint BG check. Experience in new construction projects valued at least $150M, and familiarity with GSA and federal projects are required. The role demands oversight of MEP systems, including installation and commissioning, as well as leading teams of MEP specialists, estimators, and schedulers. Candidates will also coordinate project services to align with customer requirements, including P-100 standards on federal and historic preservation projects.
