Job Title: MEP Project Manager Job Description As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will directly supervise the assigned design team while mentoring and training them. You will oversee project design, engage with clients, and lead the project team from kick-off to completion of construction. Additionally, you will develop client relationships through quality service and project delivery. Essential Skills + Mechanical design + AutoCAD + Project management + Revit MEP + Bluebeam experience + 5-10 years of experience in project management, mechanical engineering, design, MEP design, MEP engineering, HVAC design, plumbing design, and electrical design Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with medical and hospital projects + Experience with proposal writing and client development + LEED certified professional + Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of California + Experience with Ajera Work Environment This role offers flexible start times with an 8-hour shift. The schedule is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office, and you must be in the office on the same day as the team. You will work with a team consisting of 2 designers and 1 assistant, reporting to the mechanical head of the department. The office is a two-story building located in the business center of San Bernardino, providing plenty of office space.
