Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Job DescriptionAs a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will directly supervise the assigned design team while mentoring and training them. You will oversee project design, engage with clients, and lead the project team from kick-off to completion of construction. Additionally, you will develop client relationships through quality service and project delivery.

This role offers flexible start times with an 8-hour shift. The schedule is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office, and you must be in the office on the same day as the team. You will work with a team consisting of 2 designers and 1 assistant, reporting to the mechanical head of the department. The office is a two-story building located in the business center of San Bernardino, providing plenty of office space. The work culture is collaborative, with great retention and hardly any attrition.
