We are seeking a MEP Project Manager who will be responsible for the technical management and oversight of existing or new projects. The role involves acting as a liaison between clients and the company to ensure the company's interests are represented while maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget.
ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee technical aspects of MEP projects.Act as a liaison between clients and the company.Ensure projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget.Complete project initiation documents, including detailed scope, outline, budget, and schedule for completion.Identify needed project resources and work with Corporate Discipline Leads to assign team members.Ensure all procedures and steps are in accordance with company standards.Represent the company at project meetings.Complete field surveys and/or inspections or assign appropriate employees.Identify and investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.Ensure the project financial database is current and maintained.Prepare high-quality reports.Communicate project changes and/or variation information appropriately.Develop project staff and supervise the work of other staff when assigned.Consult and coordinate with upper management at regularly scheduled meetings to review the status of active and future projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field6 to 10 years of experience in MEP project management3 to 5 years of experience in project managementProven experience in client maintenance and relationship buildingExperience managing budgets, schedules, and scope of work for MEP design projectsExperience managing multiple designers and coordinating multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase servicesProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00
