Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated MEP Project Manager with a strong healthcare focus to expand our MEP practice in Seattle, WA!

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of complex MEP systems for healthcare/hospital, renewable generation, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, transportation, aviation, and industrial projects.
• Responsible for the review and development of design documents and reports, including electrical layouts, equipment schematics and block diagrams, electrical system calculations, and one-line diagrams
• Daily interaction and collaboration on multi-disciplinary teams, with interaction across Kimley-Horn offices
• Prepare project specifications, electrical construction cost estimates, and proposals, supporting the growth of electrical engineering service areas in the local market and across the country

• 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience managing MEP projects; specializing in healthcare/hospital projects
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Firm understanding of the National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code, IEEE and ANSI Standards
• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage and mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably

 


Base Salary Range: 

$110,000 to $150,000Eligible for performance-based bonus compensation Why Kimley-Horn?
