The nature of the employee benefits industry is changing, and at MMB we are excited to be leading this change. The MMB Consulting Academy is designed to deliver against our home-grown talent strategy with a choice of pathways to a career in consulting and sales. We are looking for candidates to join our 8-week MMB Consulting Internship and tackle new challenges, develop a breadth of skills, and have fun at the same time! If you are successful on the internship, we will offer you a position on our 2026 graduate program located in Bristo.

What can you expect?
Successful candidates will spend 8 weeks gaining experience of internal projects and working with clients, as well as attaining a basic understanding of our industry
You will have exposure to both consulting and sales teams, as well as some of our specialist teams to learn about the different roles in our business
You will be assigned a buddy who is a current graduate program member to help you gain firsthand understanding of the full program, and someone to support you through our time with us
You will work on a project with other interns from the across Marsh McLennan UK, and expand your understanding of all of our companies
We will count on you to:

Demonstrate strong positive attitudes and behaviours
Build a strong internal network within MMB and more widely across Marsh McLennan
What you need to have:
Be a penultimate year student and expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree classification or equivalent in any degree discipline.
Permanent Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to build rapport quickly and interact confidently with a wide range of people at different levels of seniority
Ability to work well independently or within a team
Being resilient, driven, articulate and highly motivated
An interest in health & wellbeing and social impact
Understanding of consulting, sales and brokerage solutions

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office.
