Summary:

Responsible for driving and implementing strategic and data-driven initiatives in price, product range and campaign optimization. Collaborates with multiple teams and enterprise partners to manage data-driven pricing initiatives, maximizing profitability across product categories. The Price Execution Lead must leverage technical and business skills to deliver results. High visibility among senior management.

Job Duties:1.Drive continuous price updates through collaboration with several units within our organization (Market Development, Data Science, Marketing, Stores, etc.) in accordance with Circle K's strategic priorities for pricing in our various product categories.2.Responsible for expansion of new pricing strategy to include more product categories and annual update of the pricing strategy to meet customer needs and the company's business goals3.Collaborate with key people in various units, both locally and globally and be the contact person for these applicable prices, assortments, campaign strategies and implementation4.Responsibility for process improvements in price and range optimization and responsible for various types of development projects focused on assortment and price5.Responsibility for sharing best practices and lessons learned about pricing and related processes with other Business Units and global teamsRequirements:•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Project Management, alternative experience as above•3-5 years of work experience•Documented experience of project management with an eye for details•Experience in running and optimizing processes within analysis, assortment or price optimization•Ability to, and preferably experience, working with people at different levels, from different functions and cultures•Experience from a retailer is a plus
