Ensure Licensing merchandising and business systems are properly maintained, checked for accuracy, and changes are made in a timely manner with appropriate followup
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams including internal Franchise team, Licensing agency and external Licensee accounts
Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and increase efficiency; and follow through on any outstanding issues as needed
Perform ad-hoc projects that arise to support licensing team
Sample closet organization, check ins, check outs, seasonal clean outs, etc.
Support sample setups in the showroom as products need to be presented to different audiences for review

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years Retail/Wholesale experience preferred; merch operations/customer support a plus
