THE ROLE
The Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Merchandise with all Event and Ecommerce responsibilities for Bay FC. Assist supervising all activities within events while maintaining a specific focus on the customer experience and operations. The position will also help with all go-to-market deliverables, including QA of product details, photo shoot coordination and sales analysis. This position reports directly to the Director of Merchandise.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in managing event staff and perform special projects as requested Responsibilities include training and working with team, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing customer complaints, resolving problems Liaison for all location leads during Gamedays Work with Web Coordinator to make sure all new items are online Track Internal order and sample process Set templates for all products in appropriate locations as well as setting internet holds. Adjust templates for all products as necessary for the events Ability to work and coordinate with internal departments including Sales and Marketing and Human Resources Ensure staff compliance with established guest experience, security, sales, and record keeping policies and procedures Assist in the Setup and breakdown of all events Work in multiple roles, including warehouse, front of house or with client relations Liaise between Legends Global Merchandise and Client, Bay FC. , including building security and maintenance Complete other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age College degree preferred Minimum of two years relevant industry experience preferred Proven operational experience in a high-volume environment Must be organized and able to execute on the operations side of the business Strong Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint). POS ticketing systems a plus Quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to work well with and manage different personalities Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a creative, and a proactive approach to work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance. Ability to operate independently and with discretion and work effectively under pressure Must be highly organized and self-motivated with strong time management skills Must have strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced situations Ability to stand, walk, bend and move throughout the venue and at other offsite locations for extended periods of time Ability to work in a variety of different elements/environments including outdoor weather conditions and warehouse Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to communicate effectively with event personnel and Legends Global Merchandise (‘LGM’) management Basic knowledge of word processing, e-mail/Internet software and Excel Spreadsheet software Must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations including but not limited to Legends’ COVID Preparedness Plan and Standard Operating Procedures, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training. Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary (70,000 + bonus opportunities), commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
