Job Title: Merchandise Sales Consultant 

Work Location: Based in Anniston, AL- Floating position to Anniston, Talladega, Pell City, Roanoke, Clay County, and Oak Grove

Requirements: This is a floating position. The selected candidate will provide flexible support across multiple locations including Anniston, Talladega, Pell City, Roanoke, Clay County, and Oak Grove
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel and work in multiple locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   This role involves reporting daily to our larger stores, traditionally staffed with two sales consultants The Floater will assist sales consultants with writing sales and support day-to-day business activities such as inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance The key aspect of this role is the ability to move between locations without being tied to a sales quota in a single location Assist full-time sales consultants in large stores Write orders in sales system while allowing full-time consultants to receive volume and commission Fill in for sales consultants on sick leave, vacation, or during professional development opportunities
