About This Opportunity Responsible key accounts POS terminal installation, card replenishment, merchant training and overall on-site support to customer base Responsibilities  An average locations visit 8-12.  Replenish displays with cards.  An average weight of card box is 2 pounds.  Provide customer service on site including but not limited to re-training on use of company’s equipment, explanation of invoices or any other customer related situation.  Refresh POP material at locations serviced.  Performs basic trouble shooting and basic repairs of malfunctioned terminals.  Assist to meetings related to the completion of the established objectives.  Represents its supervisor in any activity as requested by the supervisor.  Represent the company on promotional activities.  Prepares presentations and reports requested by its supervisor.  Maintains confidentiality of all Company information. It is required that the confidentiality of customer and company information be maintained. Any breach of customer or company information will not be tolerated.  Performs other duties related with the essential duties of the position.  Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with all InComm employees, customers, and business contracts.  InComm will not tolerate negative attitudes, personal agendas or the lack of professionalism.  Our goal is to act and perform as a team Qualifications  Computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.  Excellent communication skills – complete oral and written understanding of the Spanish and English languages.  Highly responsive to internal and external requests  Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment  Excellent presentation skills  Detail oriented with strong organizational skills  Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
