Salary Range

 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure

 

The Men’s Merchandiser reports directly to the VP of Merchandising.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Partner with the VP of Merchandising to create and implement seasonal line plan by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategiesGather and analyze sell through hind sighting from global cross-functional partnersDevelop price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the men’s linePartner with Design to build a balanced men’s line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awarenessIdentify key items and growth opportunities by category and styleEstablish wholesale and retail price points based on margin targets and perceived price valueEdit men’s line with Design to build a balanced assortment covering global market needs and Design’s visionGuide bulk buy process to communicate Design’s vision and ensure it reflects business strategy and hits production timelineCommunicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes Shop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For:

Must have a Bachelor’s DegreeMust have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant men’s merchandising experienceMust have strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelMust have strong business acumen with ability to think strategicallyMust have exceptional analytical skillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-orientedMust have proven ability to work with a cross-functional teamStrong knowledge of trends and competitive market are essential to success in this position
