Salary Range

Reporting Structure
The Merchandiser- MFO reports directly in to the Vice President of Merchandising.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Create and implement seasonal line plans by delivery and style/SKU to achieve business strategies.Analyze hindsight and selling to compile best and slow seller reports, and market hindsight reportsManage and track the flow and organization of samplesPlan and forecast raw material needs in partnership with PD and Production Create product assortment opportunities using liability stockCommunicate cross-functionally to bridge Design, Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure cohesive processes Contribute to the development of price tiers and pricing architecture to guide Design in furthering the MFO linePartner with Design to build a balanced MFO line based on empirical data and sales analyses, as well as trend and brand awarenessTrack and monitor key items and growth opportunities by category and styleShop the market to be aware of trends, competitive price positioning, and market share
