Keep a pulse on trends and the competitive e-commerce environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive websites and make site merchandising recommendations based on learnings
Support in the management of an asset library for the Site Team
Partnering with Site and Category Merchandising to curate onsite merchandising experience to drive sales, engagement and conversion
Share weekly fashion news and seasonal trend reports with Merchandising
Assist with daily project management tasks in our PM tool as well as in Slack
QA Site and Email to validate linking experiences
Analyzing and sharing out internal search trends
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
Full-time (minimum 12 credit hours) undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; with a focus on merchandising graduating after December 2025
Proficiency with Excel & Google Suite
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills highly preferred
Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals
Customer curious and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience

The expected hourly rate for this role is 21.00-25.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
