Responsibilities:
* Drive seasonal operational excellence working cross-functionally within and outside of merchandising, planning, commercial to provide structure and support for the GPM Merchandising team in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate the ability to multitask working through multiple seasonal deliverables to organize the team for a successful and efficient delivery of seasonal game plan deliverable
* Ensure processes are defined, efficient, and aligned to seasonal key dates and deliverables of the Merchandising team to cross functional partners
* Lead and drive process excellence, meeting management and cross functional communication to provide Merchandising team with tools needed to deliver consumer right assortments and line architecture. (VIBE IQ, ROADMAPS)
* Build and maintain seasonal end to end merchandising gameplan timeless for IMP
* Lead and drive development of merchandising tools to enable merchants to create seasonal product assortments built on consumer and business insights (VIBE VMLP)
* Build and maintain master line list, marketplace segmentation, pricing, assortment tiering, style buy readiness and sku management tools (VIBE + MLL+FLEX+ PRICING)
* Coordinate seasonal sample sets, CTM samples and support for product wall walks and setups
* Act as the main point of contact for all product related topics with Global Product Ops team and internal operations teams
* Support Apparel operations process and toolkits (L4L sample management, buy consolidation, upcharge review)
* Provide seasonal trend information to support sell in process
* Communicate and lead product updates to cross functional teams
* Organize internal BOX folders to ensure seasonal files are maintained in an organized manner
* Merchandise planning upstream to Global/GEO Teams and downstream to partners
