Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the products sales support for Home Depot and Lowe’s stores within the Retail business, in line with the residential and division strategy. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete products offering and aligns with them to provide a solution.The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote), but the living location must be within the Houston area. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division.You will be mainly accountable for:• Communicate to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.• Ensure the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams and stakeholders• Recommend appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request is in place.• Track regular sales performance against the target and shares insights with the management

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years’ experience in the industry in a similar role in a growing environment; Retail and residential product experience referred.Experience with CRM applications, preferably Salesforce.This role will be working in the market 100% of the time.Ability to travel domestically 75% (overnight travel 3-4 nights per month) Must be able to travel between locations to accomplish requirements of the position with a current driver’s license and support current auto insurance coverage.Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds routinely.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
