### About the Role Uber Eats is looking for an Operations Manager in Mexico to join our Merchant Operations team. Our mission is to make Uber Eats the preferred delivery platform for eaters by ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our merchant partners. As an Operations Manager, you will develop tools and scalable processes to support local teams in achieving outstanding customer experiences. You’ll collaborate daily with Territory Leads and Account Managers, driving initiatives that make a real impact. You'll gain a deep understanding of key brands to gather actionable insights and develop mid-term strategies that help make every delivery exceptional. ### What You'll Do - Work closely with commercial teams to identify key operational opportunities to reduce defects and improve merchant efficiency. - Create scalable processes that empower merchants, ensuring operational excellence across the board. - Evaluate and balance trade-offs between different strategies to build long-term loyalty with eaters and merchant preference. ### Basic Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or related roles. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities. - Ability to take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, executing quickly and effectively. ### Preferred Qualifications - Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets. - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. - Self-motivated, creative, and solution-oriented.
