In this role, you will:
Participate in selling merchant products and services to complex diverse customers.Support the sales channel within an assigned territory partnering with lines of business.Review basic issues, policies, or procedures.Provide payment processing solutions to business clients.Provide software solutions, standalone terminals, Ecommerce solutions, and mobile solutions.Prospect new opportunities.Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise within policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of banking industry experience2+ years of business-to-business sales experienceDemonstrated professionalism in all aspects of work, including communication, behavior, and appearanceAbility to partner with bankers and cover branches in territoryDirect sourcing and prospecting new clients experienceExperience meeting or exceeding sales goals with respect to products and/or services.Ability to interact with all levels of an organizationAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.Strong influencing skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize searchAbility to deliver dynamic presentations to business clientsProficiency in creating and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations, with a strong emphasis on clarity, visual appeal, and effective communication of key messagesJob Expectations:
