**What You’ll Do**
**Financial Analysis & Valuation:**
+ Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support M&A transactions.
+ Assist in assessing the financial performance of potential acquisition targets.
**M&A Research & Due Diligence:**
+ Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities and industry trends.
+ Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational metrics.
**Deal Execution & Strategy:**
+ Assist in drafting investment memos and presentations for executive leadership.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute transactions.
R **eal-World Application:**
+ Apply classroom knowledge to real-life M&A deals, gaining practical experience beyond textbooks.
+ Contribute actively to strategy discussions and deal negotiations.
**Cross-Collaboration:**
+ Work closely with the Vice President and senior leadership on critical M&A initiatives.
+ Engage with internal functional experts and external advisors to support deal execution.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
+ Prior internship or coursework in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus.
