Let’s get started! **What You’ll Do** **Financial Analysis & Valuation:** + Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support M&A transactions. + Assist in assessing the financial performance of potential acquisition targets. **M&A Research & Due Diligence:** + Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities and industry trends. + Support due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational metrics. **Deal Execution & Strategy:** + Assist in drafting investment memos and presentations for executive leadership. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute transactions.
