Experience: 5-8 years in multiple MES implementations and client-facing roles

Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex MES implementations and provide strategic guidanceDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes using advanced MES functionalitiesManage client relationships and act as a trusted advisorMentor junior consultants and contribute to best practicesDrive innovation and continuous improvement in MES solutionsParticipate in pre-sales activities and proposal development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience with multiple MES platforms and implementationsDeep understanding of manufacturing processes across various industriesStrong project management and leadership abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdvanced problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
