We are currently seeking a Messaging Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Job Description:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in managing messaging environments.
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online Tenant to Tenant migrations.
- Capable of diagnosing incidents and troubleshooting during the migration process.
- Experience in using PowerShell scripting for administration and migrations.
- Proficient in Exchange Online management.
- Experience working with and supporting 2019 hybrid deployments.
- Serve as Tier 2/3 support for Exchange Online, MS Teams, Exchange on-premise, and email gateway via ServiceNow.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major migration project and support.
- Responsible for mail routing and email security.
- Knowledge of SMTP Relay.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory is required to support the messaging infrastructure.
- Understanding of networking basics and information delivery over the network.
