Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory, collaborating with internal teams to maximize impact and achieve ambitious goals.

Own Your Territory: Manage your territory as your own business, identifying opportunities, optimizing performance, and consistently exceeding expectations.

Collaborate and influence: Work closely with cross-functional Carrier teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies and programs.

Job Description:

Sales & Relationship Management:

Drive sales growth within assigned territory by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with wireless carrier partners.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from engaging consumers, wireless team members, and leadership to driving ongoing sales.

Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier partners, building and maintaining relationships with key field decision-makers.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Meta wearable products within assigned territory.

Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.

Advocacy & Training:

Foster Meta Wearables advocacy within carrier organizations through training and engagement initiatives.

Train carrier store leadership and team members on Meta product knowledge, benefits, and sales techniques.

Ensure carrier teams have the knowledge and enthusiasm to effectively promote and sell Meta products.

Marketing & Initiative Development:

Develop and implement innovative initiatives to drive customer demand, increase sales, and build brand advocacy for Meta Wearables.

Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align strategies and programs.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including carrier partners, sales teams, and leadership.

Present confidently and persuasively to various audiences, including large groups.

Influence and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and programs.

Personal Attributes & Skills:

Possess deep knowledge of the wireless industry and wearable market trends.

Demonstrate strong sales acumen and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Exhibit a passion for technology and a strong belief in the potential of Meta Wearables.

Display excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.

Possess the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

Business degree preferred

2-5 years of retail and sales management experience required

Extensive retail and/or direct sales management experience is required

Superior leadership abilities with practical, professional communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem-solve

Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills

Must be able to travel 75% of the year to various markets across the Territory and work flexible hours
