Job details Spherion Staffing has an opportunity in Lake Park, MN for a Metal Fabrication Specialist. This role involves interpreting blueprints, using a variety of tools and machinery, and applying advanced welding and fabrication techniques to produce high-quality metal products.

Pay: $25-30/hour DOE
Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm

Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Routers to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
-Fabricate metal using various tools and equipment, including saws, shears, and press brakes
-Perform welding tasks, including TIG welding and aluminum spool gun welding.
-Read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications
-Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and meet project requirements
-Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety guidelines and protocols
