**Job Title: Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to set up and operate CNC Press Brakes, including Amada, Cincinnati, and Trumpf models. This role involves sheet metal fabrication, including forming, bending, and punching operations. The ideal candidate will have the capability to operate additional machinery such as punch presses and laser machines. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Press Brakes (Amada, Cincinnati, Trumpf). + Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks. + Execute press brake, punch press, and forming operations on sheet metal. + Operate additional machinery such as punch presses and laser machines. + Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of manufacturing equipment. + Read and interpret specification sheets, blueprints, and work orders. + Layout and load materials using basic math and handheld measuring tools. + Utilize computer output from CAD/CAM systems. + Enter instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches. + Set up mills and lathes. + Conduct lock out/tag out procedures. + Understand and ensure finished product characteristics meet specifications. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. + Experience in metalworking or hollow metal fabrication. + Experience with CNC manufacturing equipment. + Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, basic power tools, and machinery. + Ability to read and understand specification sheets, blueprints, and work orders. + Ability to layout and load materials using basic math and handheld measuring tools. + Ability to utilize computer output from CAD/CAM systems. + Ability to enter instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches. + Ability to set up mills and lathes. + Knowledge of machine maintenance and re-work procedures. + Understanding of finished product characteristics. + Proficiency in lock out/tag out procedures. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity where you are treated as a permanent employee from day one.
