Adecco is looking for skilled metal fabricators and workers in the Grand Blanc, MI area. The associate will be dealing with large metal coils/wiring and preparing it for shipment. **Prior experience with metal coils and heated ovens is REQUIRED!** **Job title** : Line Operator **Job Summary** The candidate will work as a Pickle Line Operator, handling various machines and equipment to clean and coat steel coils. They will measure finished parts for quality assurance and maintain logs of production. **Skill Requirements** + **Must-Have Requirements** + Experience operating **production machinery** , such as Pickle line automated overhead **Crane** , Steel Coil **Compactor** , Banding Wheel, Banding Crimper + Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Understanding of applicable **OSHA regulations** and environmental regulations + Proficiency with using a personal computer and related software + **Preferred Requirements** + At least one year of related experience in a similar role + Completion of on-the-job training for relevant machinery **Skill Education** + **Pickle line** : A process involving cleaning metal surfaces using acid solutions. + **Overhead Crane** : A type of crane used for lifting heavy loads in industrial environments. + **Steel Coil Compactor** : Machinery used to compress steel coils into compact bundles. + **Banding Wheel/Banding Crimper** : Tools used to secure bands around materials or products. + **Production Machinery** : Machines involved in manufacturing processes. + **OSHA Regulations/Environmental Regulations** : Standards set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for workplace safety. **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
