In this role as a Metal Finisher, the primary responsibilities include proficiently handling a variety of metalworking tasks such as filing, sanding, and de-burring. The execution of assigned duties involves the adept use of manual, pneumatic, and electric hand tools and machines. The job also entails manual manipulation of both the workpiece and tools. A crucial aspect of the role is the development or recommendation of techniques for Class A rework without the use of fillers. **Shift Information:** + 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday; 2:45pm-11:00pm + 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday; 10:45pm-7:00am **The position comes with:** + $18-22.50/hr. depending on experience (plus $1.00/hour shift differential as applicable) + Competitive PTO package and full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA (available first day of employment), Life, Disability, and 401(k) + Tuition Reimbursement program to support undergraduate or graduate programs available to all employees. **Required Experience/Education:** + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs + Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
