Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Finisher to join our team in a machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various finishing techniques and possess a keen eye for detail.

ResponsibilitiesPerform metal finishing using grinding, sanding, and polishing techniques.Assemble components using hand and power tools.Conduct carpentry tasks as required.Utilize welding skills for finishing tasks.Measure and inspect parts using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality.Perform quality assurance and quality inspection duties.Essential SkillsExperience in metal finishing, including grinding, sanding, and polishing.Proficiency in assembly using hand and power tools.Carpentry skills.Basic welding skills.Ability to use precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.Experience in quality assurance and quality inspection.Additional Skills & QualificationsDetail-oriented mindset.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
