Job Description
In this position, you will work on the production floor grinding, sanding, and polishing welds on tanks. This is a physical role, similar to using a chainsaw all day. PPE will be provided, and there is significant potential for upward growth. You will use sanders and grinders to polish welds and will work in a team setting. If you aspire to become a welder without prior experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you as there is an on-site welding class available.

Work Environment
You will work in a huge facility with multiple departments, specifically in the assembly bays. There are about 20 bays in the assembly area. The environment is not temperature-controlled, with large garage doors open during the summer and closed during the winter (around 50 degrees on a bad day). The facility has over 200 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holdingford, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
