We are an established manufacturing company seeking to add talednted metal finishers/grinders. All openigns are on 1st or 2nd shift. We are seeking full time and long term applicants who are looking to improve their skills!

Job Description:

As a Grinder, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing metal surfaces on components

You will work with various tools and equipment to ensure that parts are prepared to meet the highest standards of quality before they are assembled into final products. Entry level, to skilled experience

Key Responsibilities:

Grind and polish metal surfaces, including steel and aluminum, to remove imperfections, rough spots, and sharp edges.Operate grinding machines, hand tools, and other equipment to finish parts to precise specifications.Inspect finished parts for quality assurance, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and company standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others.Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met on time.Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment and report any issues.
