We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher / Grinder Polisher with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have grinding experience, strong hand tool skills, and the ability to read a tape measure. Responsibilities: + Grind and polish stainless steel to blend welds with factory finish, achieving a #4 satin finish, which is the industry standard. + Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance. + Collaborate with the finishing department, which is expanding due to growth. **Skills Required:** + Polishing + Grinding + Blueprint reading + Deburring + Hand tool and power tool usage + Auto body experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Ideally, 1-3 years of experience, but we are flexible depending on skill level and work experience. We are willing to train candidates with a good skillset. + Auto body experience is highly valued, especially if the candidate has used grinders. + Ability to use hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints is a plus. + Owning tools is a plus. + Forklift experience is preferred but not required. + Basic math skills. + Experience grinding stainless steel to a #4 satin finish, industry standard. **Experience Level: I** ntermediate Level **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
