**Job Title: Metal Worker** Shifts: 6a-2:30p or 2p-10:30p Monday Through Friday 3-month Contract to Hire role **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Sheet Metal Worker for our aerospace division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as deburring, trim-drilling, and routing using various pneumatic air tools, band saws, and wheel grinders. **Responsibilities** + Perform deburring, trim-drilling, and routing on sheet metal components. + Utilize pneumatic air tools, band saws, and wheel grinders for metal fabrication. + Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. + Ensure quality and accuracy in all mechanical assembly tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly and fabrication techniques. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required). + Knowledge of mechanical assembly and production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + ITAR Complaint + Experience with sheet metal and MIG welding. + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic aerospace environment.
