Description:
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems in a GMP setting.
Specific Tasks:
•\tDevelop, review, and update SOPs related to metrology processes to ensure compliance with GMP/ISO 13485 standards
•\tPerform and oversee the calibration of measurement instruments and equipment, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards
•\tConduct routine and preventive maintenance on metrology equipment to ensure optimal performance
•\tPlan and schedule calibratio0n and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
•\tExecute and document IQ/OQ protocols for new and existing equipment to ensure they are installed and operating according to specifications
•\tEnsure all metrology activities comply with GMP and ISO regulations and internal quality standards
•\tMaintain accurate records of all calibration, maintenance, and qualification activities
•\tTrain personnel in calibration and maintenance of equipment, SOPs, and other aspects of metrology program

•\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in metrology role within a GMP environment
•\tMinimum 1 year of leadership experience
