Role Overview: Similar to a Computerized Maintenance Management Operator (CMM), take a key role in developing and deploying procedures and standards for a manufacturing quality system that meets AS9100 and FAA requirements. Aircraft Inspection Plan: Assist in establishing an aircraft inspection plan, including programming CMMs, laser trackers, and other inspection tools. Calibration and Tool Management: Execute and oversee the calibration system and tool management across Archer. Training Development: Assist in developing training content to support new processes. FAA Conformity Inspection: Assist in planning and processes for company inspections in support of FAA conformity inspection and certification. Advanced Product Quality Planning: Support the development and rollout of Advanced Product Quality Planning techniques such as PFMEAs, control plans, and SPC.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma/GED. Experience: 5+ years in metrology with programming skills in CALYPSO, PC-DMIS, or Metrologic, and hands-on experience with CMMs, laser trackers, scanners, or arms. Inspection Skills: Experience creating and approving first article inspections with a working knowledge of the necessary inspection tools. MES Systems: Proficient in creating inspection plans electronically using MES systems. Manufacturing Environment: Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Tolerance and Drawing Reviews: Skilled in reviewing tolerances and drawings, including assessing the ability to verify dimensional requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Dashboard Creation: Experience creating real-time dashboards using Tableau or Microsoft BI. FAA and DARs: Experience with conformity and working with the FAA and DARs. Receiving Inspection: Experience setting up and overseeing receiving inspections. Automated Inspection Equipment: Experience developing and validating automated inspection equipment in a manufacturing environment, including working with SQL languages. Additional Requirements: Work Schedule: Ability to work different shifts and/or weekends, including overtime. Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in hot and/or cold environments. Safety and Equipment: Ability to work around heavy equipment or manufacturing machinery, and wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for long periods each day, frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds, work in tight or enclosed spaces, and regularly climb ladders, man lifts, stairs, or crawl under vehicles if necessary. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $30.00/hr.
