selected casting, dies, wax molds and fixtures, and verify dimensional
integrity using CMM machines and conventional measuring equipment.

    Essential Job Functions:
    A.  Identifies and interprets casting dimensions on blueprints.
    B.  Constructs three-dimensional plane coordinates for measurement
        reference as defined on blueprints.
    C.  Completes a variety of mathematical calculations, including technical
        math, analytic geometry and trigonometry.
    D.  Measures and records specified dimensions using CMM's and conventional
        equipment to verify dimensional integrity.
    E.  Prepares and reviews layout reports describing all measurements taken.
    F.  Compares and analyzes measurements to customer requirements, PCC and
        industry standards.
    G.  Evaluates measurement data with Engineering Departments and identifies
        probable causes of deviation.
    H.  Inspects new and reprocessed tools and fixtures as directed to assure
