Job Title: Metrology Technician (Level 1 or 2) - Front-End Night Shift This is a long-term job opportunity to work on our metrology team at a great semiconductor company! Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Metrology Technician to join our team on the Front End NIGHT shift. The Metrology Technician will be responsible for performing activities that support our process tech teams by running metrology processes. This includes selecting the correct metrology recipe to measure wafers appropriately, interacting with shift supervisors, delivering ETAs for tool release, documenting operations, and maintaining focus on quality and detail. Responsibilities + Load wafers using instructions from process engineers or technicians to run the recipe using Metrology tools. + Provide results back to Process Techs once the process is finished. + Collect data using SharePoint and send the pass down to the next shift and to the Process Engineer for the next step. + Document and follow standard operating procedures. + Interact with shift supervisors to deliver ETAs for tool release, shift operations, abnormal events, and development. Qualifications + 1+ years of experience working within a semiconductor cleanroom environment + Any chemical knowledge and or experience + High attention to detail + Strong communication skills + Preferred but not required: Engineering Technology degree or Chemical Engineering degree Work Environment You will be working within the Metrology team to provide coverage for metrology tasks for the whole lab. The role involves tracking and reporting daily activities through verbal and written pass down.
